This is a dance class for people with Parkinson disease and related disorders and their care partners, held from 1:30 to 2:45 pm. No fee is charged, but dancers must contact us to register before attending.
This class is being offered in-person for dancers who are vaccinated against COVID-19 . Masks are optional. In-person classes will temporarily be held at The Grant Conservatory of Music and Dance, 501 West Elliott Avenue, Springfield starting 10/10/23, while First Presbyterian Church completes an extensive renovation project. Tuesday classes are partially funded through grants from the Hanson and Stephens Family Funds of the Community Foundation for the Land of Lincoln.
This is a live on-line dance class (on the Zoom platform) for people with Parkinson disease and related disorders and their care partners, held from 10:30 to 11:45 am. No fee is charged, but dancers must contact us to register before attending.
Please contact us for details; we are happy to offer technical assistance! This class will remain online for the foreseeable future, to accommodate dancers for whom this is a more accessible alternative.
