Dance for Parkinson Disease

These are exercise and dance classes for people with Parkinson disease and related disorders and their care partners, held from 1:30 to 2:45 pm. No fee is charged, but participants must contact us to register before attending.
These classes are being offered in-person at First Presbyterian Church, 321 South 7th Street in Springfield .

This is a live on-line dance class (on the Zoom platform) for people with Parkinson disease and related disorders and their care partners, held from 10:30 to 11:45 am. No fee is charged, but dancers must contact us to register before attending.
