Our Classes

Tuesday Afternoon Classes

This is a dance class for people with Parkinson disease and related disorders and their care partners, held from 1:30 to 2:45 pm.  No fee is charged, but dancers must contact us  to register before attending. 

 This class is being offered in-person; masks  are optional.    In-person classes are held at First Presbyterian Church, 321 South 7th Street in Springfield (as of 7/8/25) . 


Wednesday Morning Classes

This is a live on-line dance class (on the Zoom platform) for people with Parkinson disease and related disorders and their care partners, held from 10:30 to 11:45 am.  No fee is charged, but dancers must contact us  to register before attending.

 Please contact us for details; we are happy to offer technical assistance!  This class will remain online for the foreseeable future, to accommodate dancers for whom this is a more accessible alternative. 

Thursday Afternoon Classes

  This is a dance class for people with Parkinson disease and related disorders and their care partners, held from 1:30 to 2:45 pm.  No fee is charged, but dancers must contact us  to register before attending.  Thursday classes are paid for through a grant from the King's Daughters Organization Fund of the Community Foundation for the Land of Lincoln.  

This class is being offered in-person; masks  are optional.    In-person classes are held at First Presbyterian Church, 321 South 7th Street in Springfield (as of 7/8/25) .
